  • Charges & Refunds: If you cancel after a recurring charge has been processed, that specific order will be fulfilled, and your cancellation will take effect starting the following month. Payments already processed for past cycles are non-refundable.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Deadline: You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been packaged or shipped from our warehouse.
  • Shipped Orders: Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return the item for a refund once it arrives, in accordance with our standard Return Policy.

3. Installment & Payment Plans
  • Commitment: By choosing a buy-now-pay-later or installment plan (such as Klarna, Affirm, or Shop Pay Installments), you commit to completing all scheduled payments.
  • Cancellation: Canceling an unfulfilled order under a payment plan will stop future charges, and any initial payments will be refunded to your original payment method.
